Exercise – Isolated Row

Isolated Row

The video below will show you how to correctly perform an isolated row.

The isolated row is a back exercise that focuses on targeting the muscles of the upper and middle back, including the lats, rhomboids, and traps. Typically performed on a machine or with a cable, this exercise involves pulling a handle or bar towards your torso while keeping your torso stable.

By isolating each side of the back, the isolated row helps improve muscle imbalances, build strength, and enhance posture. It’s an excellent exercise for strengthening the upper body and increasing overall pulling power.
