We’re looking forward to working with you, teaching you through our new Learn2Gym course, and giving you the knowledge to train safely in any gym, and achieve all your goals.

The course will start at 12pm on the date that you selected, and run to approximately 4pm.

You will be provided with our Learn2Gym manual, which will have space in it for you to write notes, however, you may wish to bring an additional notepad.

The course will be approximately 4 hours long, with no scheduled breaks.  Feel free to bring a sandwich or something small to eat.  Coffee will be provided.

The practical section of the course will involve you performing exercises.  It’s recommended to wear training clothes, and a warm top to wear when not exercising.

The dress code of Maxx Life Gym does not permit men to wear vest tops or women to wear uncovered sports bras, and no Celtic or Rangers jerseys.  

You will need your mobile phone with you and access to either the Play Store or App Store, for downloading the workout app and using it.
