Getting Started with IgniteAI
For the IgniteAI challenge you will be using the ChatGPT app and our IgniteAI prompt that teaches ChatGPT everything it needs to know about the challenge. Please follow the instructions below to get started.
The video below will also take you through the set up process and show you how to interact with ChatGPT throughout the challenge.

Step One: Download the ChatGPT App and Sign In
- Go to your App Store/Google Play Store
- Search for ChatGPT
- Download the ChatGPT App
- Sign in with Apple/Google or create your account using your email address
Step Two: Copy the IgniteAI Prompt
- Click on the button below. This will copy text to your phone clipboard
- Go to ChatGPT
- Tap on the message box and click on Paste
- Send the message. Do not edit the text.
Step Three: Begin Chatting
- ChatGPT will take you through an introduction conversation where it will learn your name and a few facts about you to get you started
Step Four: Goal Pathway
- If you are on the Goal Pathway and have had your 3D scan you will use ChatGPT to have your body goal set.
