Group Mentored Coaching Is For You!

Maxx Life Group Mentored Coaching is a first for us, and a whole new concept for health and fitness learning.

For several years now, we have planned to create and run seminars for our gym members, teaching them all about health and fitness, and how to achieve lasting results.

We have also recently been looking at ways how we can provide our mentored coaching programs to more people.  Working on 1-2-1 basis is very time consuming, and also makes Mentored Coaching expensive.   

After a bit of brain-storming, we came up with the new concept of…

Seminars +

Mentored Coaching =

An 8-week program that has been designed to teach you the lessons needed to understand fully how to live a healthy lifestyle and achieve the results you want.

The 8 week program is a hands on learning experience, with structure, support, and expert guidance every step of the way. 

We’ve created a special 42 page workbook, that you will use everyday, as part of the learning experience and  tracking throughout the 8 weeks.

The workbook will be a key part to your success on the mentored coaching program.

Each week, we will teach the group a different lesson in health and fitness and achieving lasting results.

Then through-out the week, each person will fill in their workbook, including information on their training, nutrition, activity and other lifestyle areas, as well as other tools within the workbook.

Next Level Accountability

In the group meetings, we’ll discuss how each person got on through-out the previous week.

Any persons falling short of the targets they set themselves, will have to give their excuses to the group.  

The group will listen to any excuses, discuss if they think the excuses are valid or not, and help come up with solutions to help each other get past the obstacles.

Think of it like this...

If you ever go out running by yourself, it’s often a lot slower than your fastest pace.  But when there is people with you or watching, you run much faster.

It’s human nature to try harder and perform better when other people are watching you.

The idea is that your Mentored Coaching Group will be watching each other.  Supporting each other.  Wanting each other to do well.  

But also listening to each others excuses.  And thats your motivation to not have any excuses.

Led by an experienced Maxx Life coach, you’ll follow a clear and realistic plan designed to help you build strong habits, stay consistent, and feel in control of your health and fitness.

This isn’t 1-on-1 coaching — but it is personal. Through weekly check-ins, lifestyle and training guidance, and access to our private Facebook group, you’ll stay accountable and connected with a supportive community who truly get it.

Health and fitness seems like pretty simple common sense. Go to the gym, cut back your food, and wholla!. Unfortunately this isn't the case, and its the reason most people fail when it comes to achieving health and fitness results.

By far, the biggest mistake most people make while trying to change their physique, is how they measure their results.  

Many people want to lose fat, but when they come to measuring their results, they use weighing scales.  Weighting scales measure ‘weight’, not ‘body fat’.  The issue is, that our weight can change easily, without our body fat changing at all.  So using weighing scales to measure fat loss is completely illogical and wrong.  Yet so many people do it, and then don’t understand why all their hard work doesn’t seem to be paying off.

At Maxx Life, we don’t have a set of weighing scales in sight.  We have the knowledge and experience to know better.

As part of our Group Mentored Coaching, you’ll receive two 3D Body Scans — one at the start and one at the end of the 8 weeks. These scans give you a detailed picture of your progress, showing exactly how your body has changed and how far you’ve come.

Each week, you’ll take part in a focused group meeting where we dive into a key topic designed to support your long-term transformation — from nutrition and training, to mindset and motivation. These sessions aren’t just about learning; they’re a chance to reflect on your progress, ask questions, and set clear intentions for the week ahead. It’s your time to reset, refocus, and stay connected with the group and your goals.

You won’t be doing this alone — your workbook will be with you every step of the way. This isn’t just a journal. It’s your 8-week blueprint for change. Inside, you’ll find weekly plans, mindset prompts, trackers, and space to reflect, reset, and stay focused. Designed to keep you motivated and accountable, this book turns your goals into a clear, achievable plan — and helps you actually stick to it.

Our private Facebook group is your support system throughout the 8-week program. It’s where you’ll check in, stay accountable, and connect with others working toward similar goals. With regular input from your coach and encouragement from your group, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. Whether you’re celebrating a win or navigating a tough week, you won’t be doing it alone.
