We will also be running a Hy-Pair Intro circuit, suitable for anyone who feels they aren't ready to take on the full Hy-Pair challenge

CATEGORIES
You will be sorted into categories based on your gender and combined age.
YOUTH
Any competitors aged under 20 will compete in Youth categories. Circuit weights will be amended based on the weight of the competitor.

Which Circuit Should You Do?
The Hy-Pair Challenge is for those who:
- have been actively training for it
- can confidently complete 10% of every exercise without stopping
- don’t have any chronic knee, back or other issues
- can complete the Hy-Pair 50% circuit in under 25 minutes
The Hy-Pair Intro Circuit is for those who:
- need more time to train for the main circuit
- are unable to comfortably lift the required weights
- cannot complete the Hy-Pair 50% circuit in under 25 mins
- have chronic knee, back or other issues that don’t allow full range of motion reps
