We’re looking forward to working with you, teaching you through our new Learn2Gym course, and giving you the knowledge to train safely in any gym, and achieve all your goals.<\/p>\n

The course will start at 12pm on the date that you selected, and run to approximately 4pm.<\/p>\n

You will be provided with our Learn2Gym manual, which will have space in it for you to write notes, however, you may wish to bring an additional notepad.<\/p>\n

The course will be approximately 4 hours long, with no scheduled breaks.  Feel free to bring a sandwich or something small to eat.  Coffee will be provided.<\/p>\n

The practical section of the course will involve you performing exercises.  It’s recommended to wear training clothes, and a warm top to wear when not exercising.<\/p>\n

The dress code of Maxx Life Gym does not<\/b> permit men to wear vest tops or women to wear uncovered sports bras, and no Celtic or Rangers jerseys.  <\/p>\n

You will need your mobile phone with you and access to either the Play Store or App Store, for downloading the workout app and using it.<\/p>\n
